2009 Printz Awards for Young Adult Literature

This week, the American Library Association announced the winners of the 2009 Michael L. Printz Award for literary excellence in young adult literature. And the winners are:

Jellicoe Road, by Melina Marchetta

"Haunted by the past, Taylor Markham reluctantly leads the students of the Jellicoe School in their secret territory wars against the Townies and the Cadets.
